ELMNTL NYC is a sustainable fashion brand based in New York City. We specialize in creating women's clothing and accessories using innovative 3D printing technology to minimize waste and environmental impact. Our products include 3D printed sweaters, cozy sleepwear, and wool socks.
WHAT MAKES ELMNTL SUSTAINABLE?
At ELMNTL, sustainability is at the core of everything we do. Our 3D printing technology allows us to produce garments with minimal material waste compared to traditional manufacturing. We use eco-friendly materials including modal fabric made from beechwood trees for our sleepwear. By producing on-demand and locally in NYC, we reduce our carbon footprint and eliminate overproduction.
HOW DOES 3D PRINTING WORK FOR FASHION?
Our 3D printing process uses computer-controlled knitting machines to create seamless, custom-fit garments directly from digital designs. Unlike traditional cut-and-sew manufacturing that wastes 15-20% of fabric, our technology produces nearly zero textile waste. Each sweater is knitted to shape in a single piece, eliminating the need for cutting patterns and stitching separate panels together. This innovative approach allows us to create complex textures and designs while maintaining exceptional quality and fit.

ELMNTL NYC is headquartered in New York City. We design, produce, and ship all our sustainable fashion products from our NYC location, allowing us to maintain quality control and reduce the carbon footprint associated with international shipping.

HOW DO I CARE FOR ELMNTL PRODUCTS?
Our 3D printed sweaters and sleepwear are designed for easy care. We recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and laying flat to dry. This helps maintain the shape and quality of the garments while being energy-efficient.
Unlike traditional cut-and-sew manufacturing which wastes 15-20% of fabric, our 3D printed sweaters are knitted directly to shape using computer-controlled machines. This means virtually zero waste in production. The technology also allows us to create seamless, comfortable garments with unique textures and patterns.

WHAT IS ELMNTL'S SHIPPING POLICY?
Domestic standard shipping is free for orders $75.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to none U.S. territories at this time.
WHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE?
We partner with USPS to get your ELMNTL pieces to you!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ELMNTL PIECES?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirming we have received it. Orders take 1-2 business days to process and once shipped to you will receive a confirmation email complete with tracking number. You can also find the tracking number by logging in to view your ELMNTL account.
For orders placed within the continental United States, shipments are usually delivered within 3-5 business days with standard shipping. If your shipment is being delivered outside of the continental United States, please allow for additional shipping time.
WHAT IS ELMNTL'S RETURN POLICY?
If you are not 100% thrilled with it, just get in touch with us within 30 days and we’ll process your returns.
- All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase with all ELMNTL tags attached.
- Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
- Merchandise must be returned in original packaging.
- For health and safety reasons, we don't accept returns on undies.
- Merchandise returned without the original tags, or damaged tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
- We cannot accept international returns at this time.
- Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

We are unable to process exchanges right now. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund on the product(s) purchased and you can place a new order.

The clothing we manufacture comes from factories that are committed to high standards and practice ethical conducts. It is our priority to source premium quality materials around the world. Our suppliers are currently located in Korea, Japan, Italy, and Portugal.
WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR ELMNTL FABRICS?
We suggest you wash ELMNTL sleepwear in cold water and lay flat to dry to keep the best look.
WHERE DID ELMNTL COME FROM?
ELMNTL is a play on the word "elemntal" meaning "basic, fundamental, and simple". It couldn't be more perfect to describe the nature of ELMNTL.
